Conference/Meeting Rooms

List of Conference Rooms with Details

The information provided includes:

  • Conference room names and email addresses
  • Building and location
  • Maximum number of people the room will accommodate
  • Contact names with email links
  • Contact phone numbers
  • Room design set-up links
  • Room information links (tables, chairs, equipment, etc.)

To check availability of Conference Rooms at Six Forks

  1. To view individual conference room calendars, open your Outlook email account. In the Navigation Pane, click the Calendar button.
  2. Click the Open a Shared Calendar button.
  3. When the dialog box opens, enter DHHS_DPH.SIXFORKS in the “Name” box.  Click OK and a list of all Six Forks campus conference rooms will appear.
  4. Choose a conference room and click OK.

To reserve a Conference Room at Six Forks

  1. Within the Meeting Room Resources (DOC, 160 KB) file, click on the name of the primary contact for a particular room to send an email request. In your request, please provide the following:
    • Date and time requested
    • Name of the meeting
    • Name of the meeting’s contact person with phone number and/or email address
  2. You will receive an email reply to confirm your reservation.
